Safety Glazing Replacement - Police Station

The installation of the large-format glazed assemblies required specialized lifting equipment to ensure safe handling and highly accurate positioning. This approach allowed our teams to meet strict installation tolerances while protecting both personnel and finished components.
The project included the fabrication and installation of large glazed assemblies incorporating corner glazing and extremely heavy technical glass. The framing systems were specifically engineered to support the significant weight of the glazing, ensure structural stability, and meet the project's mechanical performance requirements. Specialized lifting equipment and precision installation techniques were required to achieve the specified alignment, weatherproofing, and overall performance.
Bullet-resistant glazing was selected to meet the security requirements of the Police Station. Combined with specially designed and reinforced framing systems, the glazing provides certified ballistic protection while maintaining transparency, durability, and architectural integration.
Due to the size and weight of the glass panels, precise mechanical handling was essential. A glazing robot was used to safely lift, maneuver, and position the panels, reducing physical strain on the installation team while allowing extremely accurate placement.
